With a motif that runs over so many rows, finishing two of them on a cardigan body is a big accomplishment, thank you very much:
Those waist decreases do help in moving things along. Of all the photos I’ve taken so far, I think this one most closely captures the real life color of the piece (at least on my monitor).
Overall, I’ve surprised myself with continuing to crank out round after round of this cardigan. The motif is pretty easy to “read” from the knitting, so after completing one repeat, the second can be completed with very little reference to an actual pattern–just check the appropriate row below for a guide and go from there.
